NEET-UG 2022 Exam update - Application link closes soon; Exam to be conducted on July 17, 2022

New Delhi: Online application and registration process for the National Eligibility-cum-entrance Test for undergraduates (NEET-UG) and Common Universities Entrance Test for undergraduates (CET-UG) began on April 6th. The extended deadline for the closure of the application process on the official website is until the 15th of May, 2022.
The extended date for paying the application fees is till 11:50 pm on 22nd May 2022. Candidates willing to apply for the exam must not wait until the last date and fill-up the form before the approaching deadline.
NEET-UG is the singular examination through which aspirants can apply for pursuing dental and other medical courses in India. Students willing to study medical science in a foreign country are also required to appear for the test. Besides medical courses, passing the NEET exam is also necessary for other UG courses under Ayush Ministry and B.Sc subjects.
The National Testing Agency of India has specified a pattern for the exams, containing 200 multiple-choice questions. The pattern is consistent throughout the country and covers the subjects – Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Botany and Zoology are the sub-groups in Biology, and the paper is divided into Sections A and B.
The exam duration is 3hours 20min and will be conducted in thirteen languages, including - English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Odia, Punjabi, and Urdu across 543 Indian cities and 14 countries outside India.
Alongside the NEET-UG exam, the application deadline for the CUET-UG test has also been extended to 22nd May 2022. All the essential information related to the entrance examinations is available on the official website. Candidates will also receive examination intimation and instructions in their contact resources.
The correction window for the exam application will open shortly after the conclusion of the registration and application process. Candidates can verify or alter the details for any mismatch.
